Can Softime track attendance?⌄
Softime measures time spent on each task and project. It does not record clock-ins and clock-outs; attendance tracking requires a dedicated tool.
Can I import my Clockify or Toggl history?⌄
Yes. The importers bring all your hours, not just the last month, along with clients, projects, tasks, tags and billable hours.
Where is my data hosted?⌄
Time records and backups are hosted on Scaleway in France. Payments are handled by Mollie in the Netherlands. Our hosting and payment providers are European and process that data in Europe. Messages sent to support are handled by email through Google Workspace and may be processed outside the European Economic Area. We are working to move support to European infrastructure too.
Which languages does Softime support?⌄
Spanish, English, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Basque, Catalan and Galician. Each team member chooses their language. Support is available in Spanish and English, and in other languages with machine translation.
How are paid seats counted?⌄
You pay for active workspace members. Adding, deactivating or removing someone changes the next monthly or yearly renewal; a paid period is not prorated.
Can we leave whenever we want?⌄
Yes. There is no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription from your workspace at any time. Full Excel and CSV export is always available, and you can request deletion of your data.
